ATE system for small and medium power reactors testing Three and mono phase reactors test bench up to 600A and test frequencies of 50Hz or 300Hz hardware and software imagesOverall electrical characteristics:
| Power supply | Three-phase line 50 Hz | 380Vac / 60A (max) | | | Three-phase line 300 Hz | 380Vac / 30A (max) | | | Single-phase line 50Hz | 220Vac / 16A | | Output voltage and current rate | Primary: 380Vac / 60A | Secondary: 30V / 600A (max) 220V / 190 (max) 400V / 57A (max) 900V / 25A (max) | Output connections type versus UUT
| Location: 4 from arms 1 frontal low power 1 frontale high power
| Current limits: 115A (max) 30A (max) 600A (max)

All the values are expressed in RMS. Overall functional characteristics: Automatic control of every bench item, the operator interact only with the pulpit throughout the MMI. Automatic set-up of testing parameters with the control of nominal test current value. Automatic instruments interfacing and management (Wattmeter). Database integration (using an Oracle SQL server) for storing and retrieval of every testing and production data (only the work plan number is required). Two different modes of operation: full or semi -automatic (with or without the access to the farm system databases in case of network failure) Pre-testing and final testing procedures implementation for both modality. Full tracking of test activities throughout the storage onto databases. Printing of multilingual test reports and declaration of conformity. Auto-test procedure implementation for verifying the function of each bench item (actuators, sensors, instruments and database connections).
